Return & Refund Policy


  • Aplexia Pharma Private Limited offers a flexible return policy for items ordered with us. Under this policy, each item purchased will have a returnable window which can vary anywhere between 0 to 5 days, post its delivery. The return window will be listed in the returns section of the order, once delivered.
  • Customer orders will be return after expiry date of medicine if orders further not sale.
  • Please ensure that the product returned must be in original condition, unused or untampered conditions.
  • If the product has a manufacturing fault, only then, it will be accepted for return and we will return or replace it and bear the shipping cost also. For the return to take place, customers may follow the right method, which is by completing the “Return Form” published on the website. Kindly email us and give the information about the products you want to return, prior to the process, so that we can keep a track of your requirements and carry on the process, smoothly.
  • Aplexia Pharma Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to determine whether a product actually has a manufacturing defect and whether it is eligible for return. If considered faulty, we will take care of the return process as soon as possible for your convenience.
  • Cancellation

    • You can cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse.

    Shipping Charges

    • In case the product delivered to you is undamaged and still, you wish to return it or you refuse to accept the delivery of the ordered product, then the shipping charges charged for the order, if any, would not be refundable.

    Discounted/Non-Returnable Products

    • Products purchased under special/promotional/seasonal sales/sold under heavy discount, if any, are not eligible for returns.
    • Customer can cancel their Order in 5 days after purchase date, payment will be credited in 10 to 15 days.
    • Customer can edit their order before the order processing.

    Please Note:

    • Aplexia Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for a delay in delivery.
    • A copy of the bill and your postage receipt is mandatory for the return process. We will take care of the postage charges in case the product is identified as faulty.
    • Aplexia Pharma Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for the loss of any product. We, therefore, request you to kindly use the services of a reputed postal company to avoid such inconvenience.
    • Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was made within 7 working days.

    In case of any refund, it will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order

    • Refunds would be processed so as to reach the customer (if by cheque) or a credit to the credit card account within a maximum of 45 working days from the date of receipt of returned product.
    • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.
